What does Medical massage mean?
Medical Massage is knowing what modalities of body work are complimentary and which ones are contraindicated for which medical conditions,injuries,syndromes, and/or diseases
That means the bigger the therapist tool box (number of modalities they know) the more they can treat safely.
Medical Massage should not be confused with injury treatment massage which is a modality for treating/reducing scar tissue.
