I am certified in Intraoral Massage. That is working the muscles and fascia inside the mouth to relive tension. By doing this we can help realign the jaw and reduce the pain associated with TMJ Syndrome.
Did you know many Migraine suffers have overly tight jaws contributing to their migraines. working inside the jaw can reduce the intensity of the migraine.
When doing this work the client controls the stretch by opening and closing their jaw. That way the intensity is in the clients control trying to not make the stretches hurt.
